Department of Political Science

On Wednesday, November 8^th at 1 pm in Turlington Hall, Room 3310, Mr. Kevi Donat, Owner of the Le Paris Noir (Black Paris) tour company, and Dr. Sharon Austin, Professor of Political Science, will discuss the experience of Black Americans and immigrants in Paris, France.  Dr. Austin will also discuss her 2024 African Americans in Paris spring break course.  Lunch will be provided.  Mr. Donat will also present “Black Seine, White Masks” on Thursday November 9^th at 6:30 pm at the Cotton Club Museum and Cultural Center (837 SE 7^th Avenue).  These events are sponsored by the Center for European Studies and are open to all students, faculty, and staff.
