Maxwell Clarke is a second-year PhD student interested in American and Comparative Politics. He specializes in election administration and voter turnout, particularly at the local level in the United States and abroad. Since 2021, Maxwell has been an active member of UF's Election Data Science Lab, where he has worked under Dr. Michael McDonald and Dr. Daniel Smith on a wide range of projects including statewide redistricting, national precinct boundary data collection, and local election results collection.
